Office/Customer Service Manager

You will be supervising a customer service team handling inbound customer and retailer calls as well as accomplishing daily and weekly required tasks in a timely manner. Additionally, you will need to provide for and verify that appropriate follow up actions are taking place within required intervals.
You will interact with every other department in the location in order to provide a quality customer experience. Additionally, you will communicate with various clients through a variety of mediums (phone, email, messenger, in person, etc).
This will be a five day per week position with an extra day required during busy periods.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
o Strong "Hands-on" leadership.
o Able to drive results.
o Customer friendly.
o Proactive viewpoint.
o Familiar with interacting with different levels of personnel.
o Staff development.
o Detail oriented.
o Can handle multiple tasks in deadline driven environment
o Minimum three years experience
o Familiar with Microsoft Office and related applications
o Bi-lingual a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
