Responsible for initiating and maintaining regular contact with prenatal/postnatal clients. Home visits are conducted in the home to assist in strengthening the parent-child relationship. Responsible for assisting clients in establishing goals and a plan for the accomplishments of those goals.
HS Diploma
BA degree in Social Work preferred.
Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking preferred.
Experience in working with culturally diverse communities/families and the ability to be culturally sensitive and appropriate.
Must demonstrate good organization, communication, and problem solving skills.
Must be accessible to clients and a team player.
Must be available to work 2 evenings per week and/or Saturday if clients are not available during the day.
Requires use of own vehicle
Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
