Job Summary:
Infrastructure Build Services Manager is responsible for ensuring capacity availability in data centers by monitoring storage, blade, virtual, network infrastructures. The candidate will establish appropriate workflows, documentation and SLAs related to the delivery of data center infrastructure This role will establish a team focused on service delivery with a focus on speed to market, quality and continuous improvement. The candidate will track all aspects of the infrastructure build process; work closely with peers within and across the enterprise to identify opportunities to decrease delivery times. The ideal candidate is highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills, exhibits a strong understanding of physical and virtual servers environments, storage and networking technologies. We are seeking a dynamic individual who adapts quickly and can overcome the challenges that arise in today's rapidly changing technology environment.
Essential Functions:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Lead a team responsible for delivery of data center infrastructure including servers, storage and network equipment
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Configure local and SAN storage in support of server deployments
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Configure server backups and validate backups are enabled in support of server deployments
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Coordinate data center racking and configuration of server, storage and network hardware to ensure adequate capacity for project requirements
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Identify and execute upon opportunities where infrastructure components can be brought online rapidly to support project demand.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Establish and meet or exceed SLAs for server and environment deliverables, review and adjust annually to continuously reduce delivery time
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ensure global consistency and enforcement of established technology standards.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Design and mature process flow and documentation to improve delivery of requests.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Interface with Engineering leads to identify tools to improve delivery and quality of infrastructure components

ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Manage and develop the team, including hiring, goal setting, performance management, coaching and training
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Understand and resolve issues and remove impediments that impact a team member's ability to perform to his/her optimal best
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Serve as decision maker for technical issues and the point person for escalations
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Manage the resources necessary to support and execute all phases of multiple project life cycles

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong knowledge of facility technologies (HVAC, power distribution, generated back-up power, rack management & DC cable plant)
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong communication and relationship development skills required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Demonstrated project management skills necessary; knowledge of ITIL and/or service delivery best practices a plus
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Attention to detail as well as superior organizational and prioritization skills required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to understand business strategies and relate them to technology initiatives required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple teams/users to identify needs as well as develop and influence processes and process improvements required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Displays willingness to accept responsibility, display initiative, good judgment and a positive attitude
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Appropriate blend of sense of urgency, strong results orientation, and delivery focus
Experience Requirements:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Minimum of five years of supervisory experience with data center technology in a support or related technical role required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Experience with various aspects of hosting center technology infrastructure management and operations
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Experience in running larger-scale data centers
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ A degree in Computer Science/Management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ ITIL Certification or PMP a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
