The Customer Service Representative maintains a high-level business relationship by providing prompt resolution to all issues and an overall pleasant experience for the customer. This position demands knowledge of processes to respond to questions from customers. Some product knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
Must have the ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Minimum of one to two years experience.
Sense of ownership and commitment to performing at an exceptional level on all assigned tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Able to multi-task in a fast past environment.
Work well with others in a team environment.
Must be well organized

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
