Responsible for organizing, cataloging and tracking all marketing assets and utilizing them to create on-going visual reference and reporting on marketing strategies and tactics. This position reports into Account Services and supports creative services, visual and marketing strategy. The Associate Marketing Manager will support the team by providing a visual reference of the creative and marketing strategy to help ensure cost effective and accurate execution. The Associate Marketing Manager needs to be organized and detail oriented, understand complex component content, logical thinker, have excellent communication skills, and adaptable to a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
Work with Creative Director and designers to formulate window and in-store marketing schematics that demonstrate the component content and strategy. These schematics will be used to get improved pricing estimates, improve accuracy of marketing distribution and give clearer direction to stores.
Create and maintain a visual representation and historical record of the planned and actual Weekly Marketing Strategies by channel by partnering with the marketing strategy team, store communications, print production and creative teams.
Create and maintain a visual reference catalog of the in-store library kit, sale commodity kit, seasonal marketing, window components and business drivers to assist cross-functional teams in decision making and communicating information to the field.
Organize, file and track both digital and printed marketing components through their life-cycle, including, prototyping, delivery, execution and deletion (purging). Create and maintain inspiration closet.
Partner with cross-functional teams to create and post weekly marketing guides, providing a window, pricing, and traffic driver overview to the field.
Create pdf / jpeg files from InDesign artwork files for reference catalog and cross-functional use. Provide logo files, brand images, artwork files, as needed.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent required
4 years previous work experience in marketing and/or advertising required, preferably in a retail environment.
Candidate must be a self-starter and have hands-on application of MAC programs including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Power Point, Word and Excel.
Strong conceptualization and organization skills.
Database management a plus!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
