Responsibilities:
Open and Distribute packages Prepare sample cards Filing/Scanning Sending approvals (labels) to factories Prepare & Create outgoing Packages (FedEx, Mail, UPS, etc.

) Performing other relevant duties when needed cross departments Requirements:
Currently in School/High School Diploma Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Time management skills Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple responsibilities Contribute to the overall success of our office Job Type:
