Overview This role is part of a The Vitamin Shoppe's Business Development Team and plays an important role in the company's long-range growth strategy. The role itself continues to evolve as the wholesale business grows at an accelerated pace. The Manager of Wholesale Operations & Client Success will lead the operational planning and execution for our wholesale business. This individual will support our domestic and international partners by working across the organization to ensure service levels are met. In addition, this individual will participate in account planning activities and proactively pursue opportunities to grow existing relationships. Responsibilities Account Management - Coordinate with partners on a regular basis. Identify and support opportunities to improve performance and develop relationships. Maintain critical data elements. Forecasting - Own the consolidated demand forecast across partners. Coordinate with internal teams to drive high fill rates. Order Management - Manage the day-to-day order flow across systems and touch points. Collaborate with internal teams to drive consistent compliance with SLAs, resolve issues, and implement operational improvements. Reporting - Own operational dashboards and reports while working with internal partners to reconcile financial reporting. Qualifications 5
years in Wholesale Operations with Account Management responsibilities Innate understanding of good customer service Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams especially partners in IT, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance Ability to effectively multi-task and maintain great attention to detail History of driving performance and operational improvement
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
