As a process analyst rchitect you are committed to excellence, dedicated and eager to drive strategy across the business. Business Architect analyst participates in programs and projects to help define solutions that align to business drivers and deliver clear business value. This person is involved in shaping the enterprise in terms of its business frameworks, processes, information and governance that support the connected experiences for the company. This role will drive the translation of corporate strategy into actionable business capability roadmaps tools and other supporting documentation.

Advocate for the lines of business by ensuring their projects or proposals are well-formed and align with corporate strategic goals; function as an expert resource to the business to answer or facilitate responses to business relate
Directly contribute to solution development in the areas of process definition, workflow automation, business logic, and user interfaces.
Strong process analysis and modeling skills along with ability to lead complex enterprise teams through business process integrations, converting business strategy into action oriented objectives and measureable results.Work with the business and project team members to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements.
Lead joint design sessions to define requirements and validate implementation directly with business users.
Establish and govern a business architecture knowledgebase to enable the collection, aggregation and decomposition of business
Advocate for the lines of business by ensuring their projects or proposals are well-formed and align with corporate strategic goals; function as an expert resource to the business to answer or facilitate responses to business related questions.
Facilitate delivery of solutions incorporating process execution, decision and exception management across multiple organizational roles and systems/applications.
Follow a traditional application development life-cycle: conduct discovery, design confirmation, development, testing and data validation, user-acceptance testing, release and stabilization.
Ability to knowledge transfer/train on new/revised projects.
Provide support to CFT.VBA design, develop, enhance excel based tools.
Collaboration with CFTs on best practice and process.
Bachelor degree related to the discipline of business process and/or software engineering is desirable
Advanced Excel formula knowledge required (complex formulas),.
Strong analytical skills and experience with process metrics and performance success criteria.
Skills in VBA, Access, Outlook (task scheduler), SQL. 5
years in a role supporting medium to large business process management (including execution/automation/workflow) efforts as a part of technology and/or strategic transformation in a complex, cross-functional organization.
5-7 years in a leadership role supporting medium to large business process management (including execution/automation/workflow) efforts as a part of technology and/or strategic transformation in a complex, cross-functional organExperience working within multiple types of software development methodologies and project management techniques.Retail knowledge.
